Good's Technology recommends having a local IT support company to provide support for your network and office PCs. A local company can provide assistance in troubleshooting any issues that are not directly software related.

What hardware and software do you support?

We support systems running Microsoft Windows 10 or newer and StoreLIVE! version 1.1.25.x (released Q1 2023) or newer.

How do I update StoreLIVE!?

StoreLIVE! software updates are performed by request. We only update customers to stable release builds when required to fix an issue or at the customer's request.

What if I need emergency support outside of standard hours?

We offer extended emergency support Monday through Friday from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM EST and on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Emergency billing rates apply during these hours.

Does StoreLIVE! work with QuickBooks?
Yes, StoreLIVE! integrates with QuickBooks to streamline accounting and sales reporting. Contact support if you need help setting up or syncing with QuickBooks.

Can StoreLIVE! be used on multiple registers or computers?
Yes, StoreLIVE! supports multi-register setups. Additional licensing and proper networking may be required—our team can guide you through the setup.

How do I update product pricing or inventory in bulk?
