StoreLIVE! software updates are done by request. Good’s Technology Services is committed to keeping your system running smoothly. To minimize disruptions to your production systems, we only update customers to stable release builds and only when it is required to fix an issue or at the request of the customer.
Read our Release Notes for available features and fixes.
StoreLIVE! actively supports version 1.1.25.x or newer. Systems using an older version will usually require an update prior to support.
You can open a remote support session with one of our support technicians via GoToAssist. Download the GoToOpener Utility if you are having issues with GoToAssist working correctly.
